Instead of the standard SN/T 1674-2011 "Koi herpesvirus disease quarantine technical specifications."

3 Overview
Koi herpesvirus disease (Koiherpesvirusdisease, KHVD) is a cause of carp (Cyprinus by a herpes virus infection
carpio) and its varieties such as koi and other infectious and acute viremia, pathogen Koi herpesvirus (Koiherpesvirus, KHV)
(See Appendix A).
4 Reagents and materials
4.1 Water. in line with GB/T 6682 in a water specifications.
4.2 KHV reference strains. supplied by the specified units.
4.3 cell lines. the choice of KF-1 (koi fin cell line) or CCB (carp brain cells). With MEM culture medium (see B.2) culture.
4.4 HEPES. 4- hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid.
4.5 KHV reference antisera (monoclonal antibodies). by designated units.
4.6 HRP secondary antibody. FITC-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG, in accordance with the instructions to use.
