3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Steel distribution company steeltradingenterprises
An enterprise that focuses on the management of steel products (including trading, storage, processing and distribution).
3.2
Grade
It is used to divide the enterprise scale and the management management specification difference level. The level is expressed by the number of English capital letters A.
4 Management Specifications
4.1 Business premises
4.1.1 Steel circulation enterprises must have fixed office and business premises, and hold house ownership certificates or lease contracts.
4.1.2 Ensure the use of the operating site and continuously improve the environment of the business premises.
4.1.3 The business premises meet the safety requirements of local architectural design and fire protection.
4.2 Operating conditions
4.2.1 Storage facilities
