Service quality requirements for the dyeing industry
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for the quality of business services and laundry dyeing and processing in the dyeing and management services.
This standard applies to all kinds of dyeing enterprises engaged in the business activities of the dyeing industry.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Dyeing company washinganddyeingenterprise
A business unit that engages in services such as washing, ironing, dyeing, darning and care of leather products.
3.2
Public textiles publictextiles
All kinds of textiles used by hotels, hospitals, transportation and other units, such as. sheets, towels, tablecloths, postal parcels, etc.

Washing laundry
A program for cleaning clothes in a medium (such as water, dry cleaning agent, etc.) using mechanical force and detergent such as various equipment and tools.
