1 Scope
This standard stipulates the opening conditions of the dyeing and dyeing industry, as well as the management, service reception, processing and production, quality responsibility, and compensation principles.

This standard applies to all kinds of dyeing enterprises engaged in the business activities of the dyeing industry.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in SB/T 10625-2011 apply to this document.
3.1

Washing with water as a medium.

Dry cleaning
A washing method using a dry cleaning agent as a medium.
4 Opening conditions
4.1 Operators engaged in dyeing and management activities shall conduct industrial and commercial registration in accordance with the law and obtain a business license.
4.2 The operator shall, within 60 days after obtaining the business license, apply to the competent commercial authority at the same level of the industrial and commercial administration department of the registered place of registration.
