1 Scope
This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions of onions, basic requirements for product quality, commodity grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements.
This standard applies to the management and management of common onion circulation. Split onions and top onions are not suitable for this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Maturity degreeofmaturity
Onions reach physiological maturity and are fully developed.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 has the inherent color and shape of the variety.
4.2 Bulbs are intact, the epidermis is dry; no pests, mildew, decay, germination and freezing damage.
4.3 The limit of pollutants and the maximum residue limit of pesticides shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.
5 product grade
The quality of the product is in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4, the same variety of onion is divided according to maturity, freshness, integrity and uniformity
