1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of green pepper, basic requirements for product quality, commodity grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Maturity degreeofmaturity
The green pepper is mature and suitable for consumption. The seeds are not completely formed, the flesh is crisp and the fruit is full.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 has the inherent color and shape of the variety.
4.2 The fruit is intact, clean, free from rot, pests, colds and odors.
4.3 The limit of pollutants and the maximum residue limit of pesticides shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.
