SB/T 10398 "Junk Quality Appraisal" is expected to be divided into the following five parts.
--- Part 1. General;
--- Part 2. Identification requirements for used household appliances;
--- Part 3. Identification requirements for used mechanical and electrical equipment;
--- Part 4. Identification requirements for old office equipment;
--- Part 5. Identification requirements for old communication equipment.
This part is the first part of SB/T 10398.
This part is proposed and managed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.

1 Scope
This part of SB/T 10398 specifies the terms and definitions of the used goods and used goods industry, the classification of used goods, the classification of used goods, and the quality of used goods.
