1 Scope
This part of SB/T 10398-2013 specifies the requirements and methods for the quality identification of used electrical and electronic products, as well as old electrical and electronic products.

This section applies to the quality identification of old electrical and electronic products for recirculation.

4 Old electrical and electronic product identification process
4.1 Product Information Confirmation
The confirmed information content may include. product name, manufacturer, date of manufacture, product model number and purchase credentials.
