Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces SB/T 10396-2005 "Qualification Requirements for Pig Slaughtering Enterprises".
Compared with SB/T 10396-2005, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.
--- Revise the name and scope of the standard, indicating that it is consistent with the term "Regulations on the Management of Pig Slaughtering";
--- Revised the basis for the establishment of qualification level;
--- Add some new reference standards to the normative reference documents, and delete one non-applicable standard;
--- The leveling representation has been adjusted, from "★" level to "A" level;
--- Adjusted the basis for the identification of some qualifications, in which the basic qualifications were revised to the basic requirements, the environment and construction were revised to build and ring
The environmental and sanitary control revisions are revised to quality control and transportation conditions to product transportation;

1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification and requirements for the qualification level of the pig slaughter plant (site).

3.1 Qualification rating basis

4 A-level pig fixed-point slaughter plant (field) qualification level requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The design scale of pig slaughter should reach 30 heads/h or more.
4.1.2 Obtain legally designated slaughter certificates for pigs, industrial and commercial business licenses, animal epidemic prevention conditions certificates, and sewage discharge permits.
4.1.3 The factory area should not concurrently operate, produce and store products that are harmful to meat safety; other types of livestock and poultry should not be slaughtered in the pig slaughtering workshop.
4.1.4 The slaughter technicians who are qualified for the slaughtering and processing, who have passed the training and passed the examination and obtained the health certificate according to law shall be equipped.
