This standard is based on the Law of the People's Republic of China on Animal Husbandry, the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Veterinary Drugs

This standard replaces SB/T 10384-2004 "Qualification Conditions for Central Reserve Meat Livestock Reserve Base", and SB/T 10384-2004
The main technical changes are as follows.
