3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19000, GB/T 27000, GB/T 27020, and GB/T 27025 apply to this document:

Authorizedsignatory
Nominated by an inspection and testing agency, and authorized by the inspection and testing agency to issue an inspection report or certificate within its authorized capacity

Unauthorized signatories shall not issue inspection reports or certificates:
5 Qualifications
The authorized signatory shall meet the following conditions:
a) Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of inspection and testing institutions;
b) Possess an intermediate or above professional technical title or equivalent ability;
c) Have work experience in relevant professional inspection and testing, master the inspection and testing technology in the field of signature, and be familiar with the signature
Corresponding standards, regulations or technical specifications in the word field;
d) Familiar with and master the verification/calibration status of relevant equipment;
e) Familiar with and master the inspection and testing methods and measurement uncertainty evaluation requirements used within the scope of the signature;
f) Be familiar with and master the measurement accuracy and/or measurement uncertainty of the inspection and testing equipment used within the scope of the signature, and comply with
