Connect the guide (ground) wire and OPGW/OPPC/ADSS optical cable to the tensile string (group) or the fittings on the fitting string (group).
[Rewrite the definition 2.1.3 in GB/T 5075-2016]
3.4
Splicing fitting
It is used to connect or repair the conductive (ground) wire and OPGW/OPPC/ADSS optical cable, and can meet the certain mechanical and electrical properties of the conductive (ground) wire
Hardware that can be requested.
[Rewrite the definition in GB/T 5075-2016 2.1.5]
3.5
Protective fitting
Used to prevent electrical or mechanical performance of wires, ground wires, OPGW/OPPC/ADSS optical cables, various electrical devices or fittings themselves
Protective hardware.

4 Representation method
Aluminum alloy wire products for overhead line pre-twisted fittings are indicated by specifications, nominal diameters and the number of this standard. The specifications are represented by the product code and the combination
Gold code composition. As shown below.
Number of this standard;
Nominal diameter
Alloy code, the two chemical components are represented by 1, 2 respectively;
Product code, where LH stands for aluminum alloy and YJ stands for pre-twisted type.
Example. Aluminum alloy wire for overhead line pre-twisted fittings with a nominal diameter of 3.00mm and an alloy code of 1 is expressed as.
5 requirements
5.1 Materials
The material of the aluminum alloy wire should be the aluminum alloy in Table 1, and its chemical composition should meet the requirements of GB/T 3190-2008, see Table 1.
Note. LHYJ1 and LHYJ2 correspond to aluminum alloys of 5056 and 6061 respectively. When only a single data is displayed for the chemical composition specified in the table, except for the given range,
Indicates that the single data is the maximum allowable value.
5.2 Surface quality
The surface of the aluminum alloy wire should be smooth and clean, and there should be no defects that are not commensurate with good industrial products, such as oil stains, corrosion spots, cracks, inclusions,
Scarring, surface indentation or scratches, etc.
5.3 Diameter and diameter deviation
The nominal diameter and diameter deviation of the aluminum alloy wire should meet the requirements of Table 2.
5.4 Tensile strength and elongation
The tensile strength and elongation of the aluminum alloy wire should meet the requirements of Table 3.When measuring elongation, the gauge length of the specimen is 250mm.
5.5 Winding
Take a test piece from the aluminum alloy wire sample, and place it on a mandrel with the same diameter as the aluminum alloy wire at a speed not exceeding 60r/min
The upper is tightly wound 8 times, and the aluminum alloy wire test piece should not break.
5.6 Resistivity
The DC resistivity of the aluminum alloy wire at 20°C should meet the requirements in Table 4.
5.7 Connector
The aluminum alloy wire is allowed to have joints before the final product is drawn. But if all the following conditions are met, the finished aluminum alloy wire is allowed to have joints.
a) The quality of the finished aluminum alloy wire coil (reel) is 100kg and above;
b) There is no more than one joint in the finished aluminum alloy wire coil (reel);
c) The number of coils (reels) of aluminum alloy wire with one joint should not exceed 10% of the total number of coils (reels);
d) When requested by the user, the manufacturer shall provide proof that the tensile strength of the joint is not lower than that specified in Table 3.
For the finished coil (reel) aluminum alloy wire containing a joint, the joint shall be clearly marked and indicated on the certificate.
5.8 Delivery requirements
Aluminum alloy wire can be delivered in coils or coils, and each coil (reel) of aluminum alloy wire should be a whole. According to the negotiation between the two parties, any weight of
Delivery of aluminum alloy wire.

The product quality inspection certificate of the manufacturer is attached.
6.2 Sampling
Samples should be taken from aluminum alloy wire products. Each batch of products should be sampled at 1%, no less than 3 rolls (reels), but no more than 10 rolls (reels);
When less than 3 rolls (disks), 100% sampling is used. When the first test result is unqualified, another double number of samples should be taken to test the unqualified items
Carry out the second test, if there are still unqualified, should be checked one by one (reel).
7 Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage
7.1 Packaging
The finished aluminum alloy wire should be neatly arranged, and there should be no disordered loops, and the packaging should be able to prevent external mechanical damage. Per roll (disk)
A certificate of conformity should be attached to the outer packaging of aluminum alloy wire products.
7.2 Identification
Each roll (reel) of aluminum alloy wire products should be attached with a label indicating.
a) The name, trademark and address of the manufacturer;
b) Product name, specification and nominal diameter;
c) Production batch number;
d) Gross weight and net weight (kg);
e) Date of manufacture;
f) Number of this standard;
g) Marking of joints;
h) Pictorial signs for precautions during transportation and storage.
