Figure 1 -- Cross-sectional shape of copper and copper alloy bus bars 5.2 Technical indicators of copper alloy bus bars If the technical indicators of copper alloy bus bars are not specified, they are consistent with those of copper bus bars. 5.3 Chemical composition of copper and copper alloy bus bars The chemical composition of copper and copper alloy bus bars shall comply with the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 -- Chemical composition of copper and copper alloy bus bars Material type Chemical composition Copper and silver not less than Silver TM 99.90 — TH11M 99.90 0.08 ~ 0.15 TH12M 99.90 0.15 ~ 0.25 (excluding 0.15) 5.4 Dimensions and deviations 5.4.1 The cross-sectional dimension range of copper and copper alloy bus bars are: - 2.24 mm ≤ a ≤ 50.00 mm; - 16.00 mm ≤ b ≤ 400.00 mm. See Table 3 for specification series of copper and copper alloy bus bars. Table 14 -- Delivery weight Product name Delivery length Standard Short Copper and copper alloy bus bar 40 kg ~ 100 kg The minimum weight is not less than 15 kg, and the quantity does not exceed 15 % of the total delivery weight. 7.3 Agreed upon between the parties, copper and copper alloy bus bars of any length or weight are permitted to be delivered. 8 Acceptance rules 8.1 Test classification 8.1.1 The test types specified in this Part are divided into routine test (code R), sampling test (code S) and type test (code T). 8.1.2 Each batch of products shall be subjected to routine test (i.e. test of all delivered products) and sampling test. Each batch of products shall be subjected to routine test and sampling test by the quality department of the supply party, and they shall be qualified before exiting the factory. 8.1.3 Type test is used to test the main performance of bus bars. The test is only done once for the newly designed bus bars or the bus bars produced with the new production process, and the test is only redone after the design or production process has changed. Type test is only carried out on bus bars that meet all relevant routine and sampling test requirements. 8.1.4 The test items and test types shall comply with the requirements of Table 12. 8.2 Sampling rules The sampling rules of products shall be determined by agreement upon the supply and demand parties. If the demand party does not request, it is implemented according to the provisions of the supply party. 8.3 Qualification judgment The test results of all test items shall comply with the requirements of Table 12. If any item of the sampling test fails, the unqualified test items shall be double- sampled and tested. If they are still unqualified, 100 % inspection shall be carried out, and qualified products may be delivered. ......
