1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for grafting, seed propagation, seedling emergence and cultivation of Morusmongolica.
This standard applies to the breeding and afforestation of Mulberry seedlings.
This standard applies to all areas of Mengsang in China.

3 nursery technology
3.1 Grafting and breeding
3.1.1 Scion preparation
3.1.1.1 Scion collection time
The scion should be collected and stored before grafting, and it is suitable to require the water content of the scion to be about 45%. The collection time is the winter of Mengsang's dormancy period.
At the end or early spring, it is generally collected from January to March. The north was collected in early March; the south was collected in early February.
3.1.1.2 Scion selection
The scion can be used in a year with a base circumference of 0.5cm~2.0cm, strong growth, full-bodied wood, full winter buds, no damage, no pests and diseases.
