1 Scope
This standard stipulates the selection of alfalfa in the cultivation of Betula luminifera seedlings, soil management, bed making, sowing, seedling management, seedling emergence and seedlings.

5 Soil management
5.1 Turning the ground
Deeply turn over 30cm to remove grass roots and stones.
5.2 Soil disinfection
Before the sowing, use dikesone (mixed with 15kg/hm2 and fine soil in a ratio of 1.1 and evenly spread on the surface of the seedbed), potassium permanganate
(30000kg/hm2, concentration 0.3%~0.5%, evenly poured in the soil, film covered with sultry 2d~3d) or ferrous sulfate
(20000kg/hm2, concentration 1% ~ 2%, evenly poured in the soil) and so on.
5.3 Applying base fertilizer
Apply fully decomposed manure (22500kg/hm2~30000kg/hm2) or cake fertilizer (1500kg/hm2~2250kg/hm2).
