1 Scope
This standard stipulates the terms and definitions of the willow firewood forest, cultivation conditions, main cultivation techniques, acceptance criteria, and uncultivated management and protection.

This standard applies to Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, eastern Inner Mongolia and similar areas in the sub-humid arid and semi-arid areas.
