1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, the main varieties of olive cultivation, garden technology, soil and fertilizer management, plastic pruning, pest control, Harvesting and storage. This standard applies to the cultivation and management of olive oil in the suitable area of China (refer to Appendix A).

3 Terms and definitions
