1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical methods and requirements for grafting of Jatropha curcas. This standard applies to the grafting and high-replacement of seedlings of Jatropha curcas.

3 Spike collection

Choose excellent varieties or clones; cut branches with growth and development, full buds 1a~2a, branches 0.5cm~2.0cm Strips, cut 40cm~50cm as the cuttings; collect the prepared cuttings, each 50 sticks as a bundle, and place them in the shade for 2d~5d. 4 seedling grafting
