Rapid determination of leafy natural forest leaf area by deciduous collection method
Technical specification of the index
1 Scope
This standard specifies the definition of leaf collection method for rapid determination of leaf natural area leaf area index (LAI), field sampling method, and indoor analysis.
Method and LAI estimation method.
This standard applies to the leaf area index (LAI) determination of deciduous natural forests.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Deciduous natural forest naturaldeciduousforests
A type of forest consisting of deciduous trees of natural origin.
2.2
Deciduous collection method
Estimating forest foliage by measuring leaf biomass and leafleaf (SLA) of deciduous forests
The method of index (leafareaindex, LAI).
2.3
Specific leaf area specificleafarea (SLA)
The ratio of the total area of the leaf to the dry weight of the sample (m2/g).
2.4
Deciduous biomass leafbiomass
The dry matter quality of the fallen leaves collected per unit area.
3 sample setting
3.1 Select two representative forest plots with flat terrain and small slope, and set up two plots of 30m×30m.
3.2 In each plot of 30m×30m, choose no undulations on the ground, and there are no large low-lying parts. Set 2 randomly.
Sample of 5m × 5m.
3.3 Before the start of the leaves, six 1m×1m collection baskets are randomly placed on each 5m×5m sample, and shrub cover should be avoided.
3.4 If it is necessary to improve the measurement accuracy, 11 1m×1m collection baskets are randomly set in each 5m×5m sample, and shrubs should be avoided.
cover.
4 fallen leaves collection
4.1 After the leaves are over, collect all the leaves in each collection basket and weigh them (the accuracy is 0.1g), which is recorded as M.
4.2 After measuring the fresh weight of all the leaves in each collection basket, take 3 pieces of mixed leaves, each about 100g, respectively, into plastic ziplock bag, dense
Closed, brought back to the laboratory, weighed the sample leaves (accuracy of 0.01g), recorded as M1, used to determine the moisture content of leaves.
