1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and standards for wooden skirting.
Identification, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document is applicable to baseboards made of wood materials (including wood-plastic materials) after finishing.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Wooden washboard
Use solid wood or finger-joined wood, wood-based panels, wood-plastic materials and other raw materials as the base material, after finishing or covering and other finishing processing, it is used for

5 requirements
5.1 Specifications and deviations
The size and deviation of the wooden skirting line should meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2.Other specifications can be produced upon agreement between the supplier and the demander

5.2.1 Appearance quality of painted wooden skirting
The appearance quality of the painted wooden skirting line shall meet the requirements of Table 4.
5.2.2 Appearance quality of coated wooden skirting
The appearance quality of the wooden skirting line with the covering material facing should meet the requirements of Table 4.
5.2.3 Appearance quality of wood-plastic baseboard
The surface of the wood-plastic baseboard should be smooth, and no cracks, scratches, oil spots and unevenness caused by mold defects are allowed.
The coated veneer wood-plastic baseboard shall meet the requirements of Table 4, and the painted veneer wood-plastic baseboard shall meet the paint film performance requirements of Table 4.
5.3 Physical and chemical properties
5.3.1 Physical and chemical properties of solid wood skirting
The physical and chemical properties of solid wood baseboards should meet the requirements of Table 5.
5.3.2 Physical and chemical properties of artificial board skirting
The physical and chemical properties of the artificial board skirting line should meet the requirements of Table 6.
5.3.3 Physical and chemical properties of wood-plastic baseboard
The physical and chemical properties of wood-plastic skirting should meet the requirements of Table 7.
5.3.4 Performance requirements of solid wood skirting for floor heating
The floor heating performance of the solid wood baseboard for floor heating shall meet the requirements of Table 8, and other physical and chemical properties shall meet the requirements of Table 6.
