1 Scope
This standard stipulates the business model and yield index, base establishment, clonal selection, afforestation and tending management of southern poplar fiber forest.
Technical requirements such as management, harvesting and renewal, inspection and acceptance, and file management.
This standard applies to afforestation projects of poplar fiber timber forests in the Jianghuai River Basin and parts of the Huanghuai River Basin.
