1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for pre-sowing preparation, sowing, seedling management, seedling emergence and grading of cedar seedlings.
This standard applies to the cultivation of seedlings in the cedar suitable planting area.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions established by GB/T 16620 and the following are applicable to this standard.
