Artificial forestation quality evaluation index
1 Scope
This standard specifies the indicator system, qualification standards and evaluation methods for the evaluation of artificial afforestation quality.
This standard applies to artificial afforestation projects managed by the basic construction procedures nationwide. Manual update and not included in the capital construction process
The quality evaluation of managed afforestation projects can be referred to for implementation.

3 General
3.1 The quality evaluation of artificial afforestation refers to the inspection, supervision and evaluation of the quality of each link or stage in the construction process of the afforestation project.
3.2 The evaluation of artificial afforestation quality should follow the guiding ideology and principles of forest classification management.
4 Afforestation project division and local evaluation unit
4.1 Division of artificial afforestation projects
4.1.1 Project division
The afforestation project should be divided into three levels according to the project, subproject and operation (see Table 1).

4.1.2 Project Engineering
Take the county (city, flag, district) level administrative area as the unit or the state-owned forestry bureau, forest management bureau, forest farm (operating office), company and other economic entities
The overall design of the afforestation project compiled by Yuan constitutes a separate project.
The project project should have a separate plan and task book and overall design, economically implement independent accounting, and have an independent organizational form of management.
