Introduction
This standard refers to the Classification of National Economic Industries and the International Classification of Education Standards, and is based on existing educational statistical indicators.
Developed.
The purpose of this standard is to establish an architecture applicable to China's education statistics and to standardize the definition of education statistics data elements. Make education at all levels
The administrative departments and schools (institutions) at all levels have unified standards in the process of data modeling, information collection, processing, and data exchange.
Standardization and standardization, to maximize the optimization management and resource sharing of education statistics, and to facilitate the establishment of education statistics applications conveniently, quickly and standardized
The systematic data structure meets the needs of the construction of education statistics information system and provides important guidance for the construction of education statistics informationization.
This standard builds a basic metadata model for education statistics. On top of this, it describes the various attributes of data elements and unifies the rules.
The system of education statistical information and the definition of corresponding data elements are modeled. The data elements of education statistical information are divided.
Table data management, school (institution) management, student statistics, faculty statistics, school running conditions statistics, etc.
The data subset divides the data items into data categories and data subcategories according to the statistical information category of the school (institution) management business functional domain.
In order to regulate the value range of the data element value space, in addition to quoting national standard codes and industry standards in the "normative reference documents" chapter
In addition to the quasi-documents, it also cited the official release of the Ministry of Education as a work code, and revised references to some of the codes that the Ministry of Education has used for many years in parallel
Documents, and compiled a batch of code files according to actual needs.

4.3.6 Numbering
Data element numbering indicates the hierarchical structure of the data elements and their components. Uses a globally unified 5-segment 10-bit encoding,
The number consists of the first 4 letters and the last 6 digits. The first and second letters represent the standard abbreviation (ESI abbreviation) specified in this standard system.
TJ), the 3rd and 4th letters represent the abbreviation of the data subset, the 5th and 6th digits represent the data type, and the 7th and 8th digits represent the data
Subclass, the last 2 digits represent the number of data elements in the data subclass, arranged in ascending order, and the number of data elements is in the full standard
Only in the system.
4.3.7 Access Number
To avoid data redundancy, if the current data item has the same meaning and format as the data item defined in the basic information standard or this standard, it should be
"Retrieve" a defined data item. The description rule of "access" is. the current data item number, data item name, and Chinese abbreviation are taken
Use data element number, data item name, Chinese abbreviation; "type", "length" default; "constraint" conditions should be based on this data class/subclass
Demand reconfirmation (M/O). After fetching a data element, the number of the next data element continues from the previous data element of the current data element
Numbering.
"Access" is generalized. When needed, the current data class/subclass can use the basic information standard or the data defined in this standard as a whole.
According to class/subclass.
4.3.8 Reference number
To avoid data redundancy, the current data item can "reference" the basic information standard or the format of other synonymous data elements in this standard. "lead
Use "description rules are. List the number of the referenced data element in the" Reference Number "(data elements that reference other information standards
Note the standard number); "Type" and "Length" default; "Constraint" conditions should be reconfirmed (M/O) according to the requirements of this data category/sub-category.
5 Scalability
This standard does not include data on all aspects of education statistics, which can be expanded in the future based on actual conditions. Future extensions should also
Follow the appropriate specifications.
