Introduction
The purpose of this standard is to establish a management information system applicable to ordinary middle and primary schools in China, and to define the basic data elements for the primary and secondary schools.
School management informatization provides important guidance.
This standard builds a basic metadata model on which the various attributes of data elements are described. Unified norms
Elementary and secondary school management information system and definition of corresponding data elements. Dividing and designing data elements of basic information for ordinary primary and secondary schools
11 business management including students, faculty and staff, teaching and research, sports and health, office management, real estate and facilities, equipment, and library management
A subset of physical data and a subset of basic school data. Each data subset is divided into data categories according to information organization, and some data categories are also divided into subcategories.
This standard is related to the "Information Standards for Education Management" (Part 1. Standards for School Management Information) issued by the Ministry of Education in.2002.
The part of ordinary elementary and junior high schools is formulated as the main basis.
In order to regulate the value range of the data element value space, in addition to quoting national standard codes and industry standards in the "normative reference documents" chapter
In addition to the quasi-documents, some code documents that the Ministry of Education has officially released as a work specification and have been used for many years are also cited. According to ordinary small and medium
The actual management of scientific information needs to prepare a batch of code files to form the code set of this standard.

3.5
Data item
The smallest identification unit with independent meaning.
3.6
Data class
A collection of related data elements that describe the same object (a business segment).

If the business link described by the data class can be decomposed into several relatively independent objects, then the relatively independent object-related data element set
Collectively referred to as data subclasses.
3.8
Data set
A collection of all data elements described in this standard.
3.9
Data subset
A collection of data elements divided by primary and secondary school functional area (mainly management business).
4 Architecture of general management information in primary and secondary schools
4.1 Metadata composition for general primary and secondary school management information
The metadata of common primary and secondary school management information is divided into different subsets, and its architecture is shown in Figure 1. It also expresses the data set and
Association of code sets. General primary and secondary school management information consists of the following 12 subsets.
-ZXXX school profile data subset. a combination of data element definitions for school profile data classes;
-ZXXS student management data subset. a combination of data element definitions for student management data classes;
-ZXDY moral education management data subset. a combination of data element definitions for moral education management data classes;
-ZXJX teaching management data subset. a combination of data element definitions for teaching management data classes;
-ZXTW sports health data subset. a combination of data element definitions for sports health data classes;
-ZXJZ faculty management data subset. a combination of data element definitions for faculty management data classes;
-ZXKY research management data subset. a combination of data element definitions for research management data classes;
-ZXFC property and facility data subset. a combination of data element definitions for the property and facility management data classes;
-ZXSB instrumentation and laboratory management data subset. a combination of data elements for instrumentation and laboratory management data classes
Righteous
-ZXTS library management data subset. a combination of data element definitions for library management data classes;
-ZXBG office management data subset. a combination of data element definitions for office management data classes;
-ZXAQ security management data subset. a combination of data element definitions for security management data classes.
Figure 1 Block diagram of standard information management system for ordinary primary and secondary schools
4.2 Hierarchical structure of data
Each management data subset divides data items into data classes and data subclasses according to business links and processes, as shown in Figure 2.
4.3 Structure of data elements
4.3.1 Data Item Composition
Figure 2 also shows the data element representation structure (data item), which specifies the metadata structure of the data element. The metadata structure is as follows.
-Number. the unique identification of the data item, using a globally unified 5-segment 10-bit encoding;
-Data item name. It usually consists of Chinese Pinyin initials (capitalized), which corresponds to the Chinese abbreviation one-to-one.
Adopted in international data structures;
-Chinese abbreviation. the name of the data element used, which is semantic and user-oriented;
-Type. The type of data contained in the data item, which is referred to as the type (an attribute) in the data item for short.
-Length. the maximum number of characters that a data item can hold (an attribute);
-Constraint. a description of the constraint state of the data item, that is, a mandatory data item or an optional data item;
-Value space. the range and specification (a property) of the value of the data item;
-Explanation/example. description or example of data item attributes;
-Reference number. indicates the number that this data item refers to other defined data items.
The above 9 items combine the metadata structure of each business data subset.
Figure 2 Data hierarchy and metadata structure
4.3.2 Data item names
The data item name usually consists of the Pinyin initials (uppercase) of each Chinese character of "Chinese abbreviation", and corresponds to it one-to-one.
According to the structure adopted.
4.3.3 Data Type
4.3.3.1 Character
The character type is C (-Character), which can be variable length when used in the information system, such as VARCHAR2 (Oracle)
Or NVARCHAR (SQL Server).
Date. Full date representation in GB/T 7408, character type, no symbol in the middle, format. YYYYMMDD.
Time. Full time notation in GB/T 7408, character type, no symbol in the middle, format. hhmmss.
Example 1.
19970701 means July 1,.1997.
Example 2.
152312 means 15.23.12.
4.3.3.2 Numeric
The numeric type is N (-Number), which can participate in calculations.
4.3.3.3 Currency value
The currency value type is M (-Money), which defines the structure object of the amount attribute. This structure includes 3 fields. "currency", "unit" and "gold"
Amount ". The default currency definition is. RMB, unit. Yuan (can also be defined as. 10,000 yuan if needed), total length. variable length, length after decimals.
4 digits, value range. number.
When needed, M can be defined as other currencies in accordance with GB/T 12406.
4.3.3.4 Binary types
The binary type is B (-Binary), which should be used in photos or very long text.
4.3.3.5 Text
The text type is T (-Text), which is suitable for a large number of text descriptions. This standard stipulates that the text type T is used when the length is more than.200 characters.
4.3.4 Constraints
Optional data element O (Optional data element). Defined in the information class/subclass, but not necessarily in the data structure instance
Present data element.
Required data element M (Madatory data element). Defined in the information class/subclass, the number that should appear in the instance of the data structure
According to Yuan.
A data item that meets one of the following three principles is a required data element (M).
-Indispensable data items (elements) in the management data class or subclass;
-Data items that need to be exchanged and shared between application systems across the management business domain within the department;
-Data items that meet the statistical requirements of the superior department or are exchanged.
4.3.5 Value space
Format, range, and specification of data element values. Wherever it can be coded, code should be used. Figure 2 The right two columns reflect the data element's
Relationship between "value space" and code tables.
4.3.6 Numbering
Data element numbering indicates the hierarchical structure of the data elements and their components. Uses a globally unified 5-segment 10-bit encoding,
The number consists of the first 4 letters and the last 6 digits. The first and second letters represent the standard abbreviations specified in this standard system (the abbreviations of this standard).
ZX), the letters of the 3rd and 4th digits represent the abbreviation of the data subset, the 5th and 6th digits represent the data type, and the 7th and 8th digits represent
Data subclass. The last two digits represent the number of the data element in the data subclass. They are arranged in ascending order.
Unique within the standard system.
4.3.7 Access Number
To avoid data redundancy, if the current data item has the same meaning and format as the data item defined in the basic information standard or this standard, it should be
"Retrieve" a defined data item. The description rule of "access" is. the current data item number, data item name, and Chinese abbreviation are taken
Use data element number, data item name, Chinese abbreviation; "type", "length" default; "constraint" conditions should be based on this data class/subclass
Demand reconfirmation (M/O). After fetching a data element, the number of the next data element continues from the previous data element of the current data element
Numbering.
"Access" is generalized. When needed, the current data class/subclass can use the basic information standard or the data defined in this standard as a whole.
According to class/subclass.
4.3.8 Reference number
To avoid data redundancy, the current data item can "reference" the basic information standard or the format of other synonymous data elements in this standard. "lead
Use "description rules are. List the number of the referenced data element in the" Reference Number "(data elements that reference other information standards
Note the standard number); "Type" and "Length" default; "Constraint" conditions should be reconfirmed (M/O) according to the requirements of this data category/sub-category.
5 Scalability
This standard does not include basic data on all aspects of general elementary and secondary school management, and it can be expanded in the future based on actual conditions. Future expansion
The exhibition section should also follow the corresponding specifications.
