1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification and naming of alcohol lamps, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage and other contents.
This standard applies to alcohol lamps.

3 Classification and naming
3.1 Product Classification
According to the structure, it is divided into single-port alcohol lamp (100mL and 150mL) and double-port alcohol lamp (250mL).
3.2 Model designation
The model name of the product is in accordance with the provisions of JY 0026-91.

4 Requirements
4.1 Materials
It should be made of transparent soda lime glass without obvious yellow-green.
4.2 Dimensions
The external dimensions and tolerances of single-port alcohol lamps shall conform to Table 1 and Figure 1, and double-port alcohol lamps shall conform to Figure 2.

4.3 Appearance
4.3.1 The appearance defects allowed are to comply with the requirements of Table 2.

4.3.2 The appearance defects that should not exist shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 5.1.1.
4.3.3 The uniformity of wall thickness shall be in accordance with 4.1.1.2 of JY/T 0423-2011.
4.3.4 The lamp socket should be flat, and the gap between the porcelain lamp holder and the plane of the lamp socket should not exceed 1.5mm.
4.4 Lampshade
Single-port alcohol lamp shades can be made of glass or plastic. The glass lampshade should be ground. After closing, it should be sealed without water leakage.
4.5 Lamp holder
The porcelain lamp holder should be white, with no bubbles, no flaws, no cracks, and no breaks on the surface.
4.6 Wick
The alcohol lamp shall be equipped with a cotton wick, and the flame height after ignition shall comply with Article 5.6 of this standard.
4.7 Chemical stability
Should meet water resistance HGB level 1, acid resistance H1 level, alkali resistance A2 level.
4.8 Internal stress
The internal stress should not be greater than 180 nm/cm.
4.9 Environmental test
The environmental test shall be in accordance with Chapter 8 of JY/T 0423-2011.
5 Test method
5.1 Dimensions are measured with a vernier caliper of 0.02 mm and a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5 mm, which shall meet the requirements of 4.2 of this standard. Exterior
The length of the defect shall be tested with a reading microscope and shall comply with the corresponding requirements of this standard.
5.2 The wall thickness and uniformity shall be tested in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 No. 4.1.2, and shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2 and 4.3.3 of this standard.
5.3 Fill the lamp body with water larger than 2/3 of the nominal volume and cover the lamp cover. Then invert two times in a row, 1 minute each time, and it should be watertight.
5.4 Water resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance The test according to JY/T 0423-2011 Section 6.5.2 shall meet the requirements of 4.7 of this standard.
5.5 The internal stress shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 6.1.2 and shall comply with 4.8 of this standard.

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of this product is divided into factory inspection, type test and quality supervision inspection.
6.2 Inspection items and inspection methods
The inspection items and inspection methods for factory inspection and type inspection shall comply with Table 3.

6.3 Lot rules and sampling methods
6.3.1 The factory inspection shall be based on the natural batch of delivery, and the type inspection shall be based on the inventory array.
