1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, instruction manuals, packaging, Transportation and storage. This standard is applicable to hot cathode ray tube demonstrators for teaching demonstration with tube-filled tube and dedicated tube with fluorescent screen.

3 Model designation

3.1 Method of Model According to JY 0026-1991, the model of hot cathode ray tube demonstrator is named. 4 Requirements

It is a special tube coated with phosphor and filled with inert gas in the tube. The diameter of the light spot on the phosphor screen should not be greater than 3mm. 4.4.4 The instrument should be able to work normally after being warmed up for 5 minutes. 4.5 Deflection voltage The deflection voltage of the hot cathode ray tube in the horizontal and vertical directions should be continuously adjustable; the light point should be able to move out when the deflection voltage is adjusted to the maximum screen. 4.6 Waveform display Adjust the "scanning fine-tuning" knob, the instrument should be able to stably display a sine waveform of one or two cycles. 4.7 Phase adjustment The AC voltage phase between the input X deflectors should be continuously adjustable within the range of 0 ° ~ 165 °. 4.8 Security 4.8.1 The product shall meet the requirements for protection against electric shock of category I. Use single-phase three-pole power input socket to connect power. The protective ground in the instrument should be Reliable connection to the ground electrode of the power input socket. The test is in accordance with 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 of JY 0009-1990. After the test, the product shall meet the requirements of 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9.

5 Test method

5.1 Test equipment 5.1.1 Vernier calipers. The division value is 0.02mm. 5.1.2 Steel ruler. The division value is 0.5mm. 5.1.3 Brightness meter. Digital, with a resolution not greater than 0.01 cd/m2. 5.1.4 Transparent ruler. It is made of a transparent circular plastic plate with a diameter of 45mm and a thickness of 1mm. The total length of both coordinates is 40mm, and the error is not greater than ± 1mm; The two-coordinate verticality error does not exceed ± 1º. 5.2 Main function test Warm up for 5 minutes after starting up, check the functions of the instrument, and it should meet the requirements of 4.3. 5.3 Hot cathode ray tube test 5.3.1 The visible diameter of the screen is measured with a vernier caliper, which shall meet the requirements of 4.4.1. 5.3.2 E-beam trajectory and fluorescent screen brightness test. Place the instrument in a dark room, adjust the brightness to the brightest, and focus the electron beam optimally. The measurement of the brightness of the focused light spot on the phosphor screen shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.2. 5.3.3 The diameter of the focused beam spot of the electron beam shall be measured with a steel ruler and shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.3. 5.4 Deflection voltage test Turn the "Brightness" knob to a moderate brightness, turn the "Accelerator voltage" knob to the best focus, the "Y-axis selection" switch and the "X-axis selection" The switches are all set to "OFF". By adjusting the "X-axis displacement" knob, the light spot can be moved out of the screen in the left and right directions. Then adjust the "X-axis shift" knob to move the light point to the center of the screen, and then set the "Y-axis selection" switch to "upward bias" or "downward bias", Adjust the "Y-axis deflection" knob, the light spot should be able to move out of the screen from the up and down directions respectively. 5.5 Waveform display test Turn the "Brightness" knob to a moderate brightness, turn the "Accelerator voltage" knob to the best focus, and set the "Y-axis selection" switch to "AC". The "X-axis selection" switch is set to "Scan". 6 Inspection rules

6.1 Inspection classification The inspection of this product shall be divided into factory inspection, type inspection and quality supervision inspection. 6.2 Inspection items The inspection items and inspection methods for factory inspection and type inspection shall conform to Table 1.
