This standard specifies the classification and nomenclature, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions, packaging,
Transportation and storage.
This standard applies to penicillium (cut) slide specimens for teaching in primary and secondary schools.

3 Classification and naming
3.1 Classification
The products are divided into penicillium tablets and penicillium chips according to the different production processes.
3.2 Model Nomenclature
The composition and form of the product model follow the provisions of JY 0026-1991.
3.3 Model Nomenclature
Penicillium loaded (cut) tablets are named.
SP ― QM ― Z ― 400
Product specifications are expressed by microscope magnification, 400 means 400x magnification
Product feature code and process feature are Q or Z, Z means loading,
Q means slice
The pinyin prefix of the product name is QM, where QM stands for "penicillium"
The classification code of the product model is SP
Model example.
SP-QM-Z-400 indicates that the penicillium pieces need to be observed with a microscope at 400 times or more.

4 Requirements
4.1 Slides and coverslips, appearance, specimen collection and processing, specimen staining, and specimen covers should comply with JY/T 0067-2011
Chapter 4.
4.2 Specimens should be collected from artificially cultivated typical Penicillium.
4.3 Depending on the culture of the strain, it can be loaded or sliced.
4.4 It should be possible to see the conidiophore and the top broom stick.
4.5 Slices should be clear of vegetative hyphae.
4.6 Under a 400x microscope, the bases, small stems and small conidia of the broom branches can be seen clearly.
4.7 The rupture of the conidial stem of the slice should not exceed 1/5 of the material.
4.8 The scattered spores should not affect the observation of characteristics.
4.9 Mycelia, spore stalks and spores should not shrink.
4.10 No bacteria, no pollution, no color of culture medium and embedding agent.
4.11 Broom sticks in at least 3 modes should be visible.
4.12 The sectioning direction should be parallel to the conidia, and the thickness should be determined according to the culture of the strain.
4.13 Dyeing methods that can clearly show the above characteristics should be selected.
5 Test method
5.1 According to the provisions of Chapter 5 of JY/T 0067-2011.
5.2 Specimens are examined at a microscope magnification of 400 times.
