This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Guidelines for Standardization Work_Part 1. Structure and Preparation of Standards"
This standard replaces JY 72-1982 "Technical Conditions for Monocotyledon Stem Transect". In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

This standard specifies the type designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, instructions, packaging,

4 Requirements
4.1 Slides and coverslips, appearance, specimen collection and processing, specimen staining, and specimen covers should comply with JY/T 0067-2011
