Drafting.
This document is modified to adopt IEC TR62540.2009 "Test requirements for radio frequency identification (RFID) for stationary lead-acid batteries and battery packs".
The document type has been changed from an IEC technical report to a national standardization guidance technical document of my country.
This document adds a chapter on "Normative References".
The technical differences between this document and IEC TR62540.2009, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.
---Added normative references to GB/T 2900.36, GB/T 2900.41, GB/T 2900.58, and GB/T 2900.71.
GB/T 2900.77, GB/T 2900.83, and GB/T 2900.99 (see Chapter 3) are used to adapt to my country's technical conditions.
---IEC 60695-11-10 (see 5.6) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 5169.16 to adapt to my country's technical conditions;
---IEC 61587-1 (see 5.14) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 18663.1 to adapt to my country's technical conditions.
The following editorial changes have been made to this document.
---The source for term 3.3 has been removed;
---The URL in the file has been deleted;
---The description "The expected environmental conditions for battery production, transportation, and operation are listed below in sections 4.16-4.19" has been deleted. Sections 4.16-4.19 are not present in the text.
The content of 4.19;
---The wording of Table 19 has been changed.

Fixed lead-acid batteries and battery packs
Testing requirements for radio frequency identification (RFID)
1 Scope
This document applies to all stationary lead-acid batteries and floating batteries in static locations (i.e., not typically intended to be moved from one place to another).
The integrated battery for charging applications (i.e., permanently connected to the load and DC power supply) is integrated into fixed equipment or installed in telecommunications,
Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), utility switching, emergency power, or similar applications are located in battery rooms. These batteries include stationary vented lead-acid batteries.
Batteries and stationary valve-regulated lead-acid batteries.
This document outlines the requirements for performance, durability, data content, and structure of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) devices for both suppliers and users.
This guidance outlines the write/read capabilities of such devices to ensure that the RFID tags on the batteries meet specific industry applications and operating conditions.
need.
This document does not apply to lead-acid batteries and battery packs used in automotive engine starting, solar photovoltaic, or communication applications, but it can...
This forms the basis for standardization activities related to lead-acid batteries.
