Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 8137-1987 "particles shellac."
This standard compared with GB/T 8137-1987, the main changes are as follows.
--- Increasing the normative references;
--- Modification level identified as. Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5;
--- Remove the technical requirements will test requirements;
--- Increase the technical requirements "hot curing time (thermal life)" targets and requirements;
--- Increased Chapter 5, "sampling";
--- Increased inspection rules in classification test and inspection project requirements;
--- Increased ambient temperature storage and transport requirements.
This standard was proposed by the State Forestry Administration.

This standard specifies the technical requirements of shellac particles, sampling, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, storage and transportation.
This standard applies to purple collagen gel by crushing, screening, color wash, particulate shellac dried after processing.
