Power Plant Valve Technical Specifications
1 Scope
This document specifies the parameters and models, ordering requirements, general requirements, pressure-temperature ratings, design, materials, manufacturing, and inspection of power plant valves.
Inspection, testing and acceptance, marking, painting, packaging, supply and storage, delivery documents, installation, commissioning and maintenance requirements.
This document applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of cast, forged, and welded valves with flanged, threaded, and welded connections, including gate valves.
Gate valves, plug valves, check valves, safety valves, relief valves, regulating valves, pressure reducing valves, desuperheating and pressure reducing valves, throttle valves, water supply distribution valves, drain valves, quick-start valves
Valves used in thermal power generating units, such as shut-off valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, circulating pump outlet valves, lockout valves, high-pressure heater three-way valves, and extraction steam non-return valves, have parameter ranges.
Enclosure.
a) Pressure rating less than or equal to PN800, maximum operating temperature less than or equal to 430℃;
b) Pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 4500;
c) The working pressure is less than or equal to 38.5 MPa, and the maximum working temperature is less than or equal to 625℃;
d) The working pressure is less than or equal to 16MPa, and the maximum working temperature is less than or equal to 648℃.
Valves used in other steam parameter units, industrial boilers, waste heat boilers and other special equipment can be adopted with reference to this method.
