3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Principle
The fatty acid ethyl ester in the sample was dissolved in n-hexane, purified by silica gel solid phase extraction column, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.

5 Test conditions
5.1 Chromatographic conditions
5.1.1 Carrier gas flow rate. 1 mL/min.
5.1.2 Inlet temperature. 300℃.
5.1.3 Injection mode. non-split injection, split valve opening time is 1.00 min.
5.1.4 Carrier gas. helium (purity ≥ 99.999%).
5.1.5 Chromatographic column. quartz capillary column for mass spectrometry, 30m (length) × 0.25mm (inner diameter) × 0.25μm (film thickness), stationary phase is 5%
Phenyl-95% methyl polysiloxane, or equivalent.
5.1.6 Column temperature. Initial temperature 150℃, increase to.200℃ at 20℃/min, increase to 240℃ at 2.5℃/min, maintain for 1.5min,
Increase the temperature at 35°C/min to 310°C and hold for 2 min.
