1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, management system, operation and maintenance, safety and emergency response for the operation and management of industrial reuse water treatment facilities.
This document applies to the operation and management of reused water treatment facilities in industrial enterprises and industrial parks that use the effluent from secondary treatment as raw water.

4.2 Industrial enterprises shall, based on industry type, water quality, water quantity, reuse requirements, discharge standards and water conservation targets, focus on process recycling and reuse, and
