1 Scope

This document specifies the evaluation items and contents, evaluation methods and evaluation conclusions of the operation characteristics of grid-connected microgrids. This document is applicable to new construction, reconstruction and expansion of grid-connected microgrids connected to power grids with voltage levels of 35kV and below.
