The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

E-commerce credit
In an e-commerce transaction, the transaction party has the ability to obtain the counterparty’s trust as the basis of the transaction.
Note 1.This ability is obtained and maintained based on the integrity of the counterparty, compliance with transaction promises and agreements, and satisfaction of the counterparty's reasonable expectations.

4.1 Credit Principle
Trading platforms and digital product providers shall abide by the principle of good faith management in accordance with the provisions of 4.1 of GB/T 34057-2017.
Note. If the trading platform operator and the digital product provider are not the same subject, the provisions of this standard shall refer to both of them unless otherwise specified.
