1 Scope
This document specifies the testing method for the air permeability of hair products.
This document is applicable to wigs, wigs and wigs with a cap bottom structure made of all kinds of human hair, chemical fibers and other hair as the main raw materials.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Airpermeabilityofhairproducts
Under the specified test cross-sectional area, pressure drop and time conditions, the air permeability of hair products.
4 Principle
Under the specified pressure difference condition, measure the air flow through the measured area of the hair product cap bottom within a certain period of time, and calculate the air permeability.
5 Atmosphere for humidity control and test
The air for humidity control and test shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations in GB/T 6529.
6 Equipment
6.1 Test bench. It is composed of a hemisphere with a radius of (67.5±1.0)mm, and the upper part of the hemisphere has a cut angle of 40°±0.5° (see Appendix A).

6.2 Clamping device. It is composed of a hemisphere with a radius of (65.0±1.0)mm, and the upper part of the hemisphere is a cut angle of 40°±0.5° (see
Figure A.2), there should be at least 3 rings of rubber washers (6.3) on the cut surface. In the spherical part of the hemisphere, there are several concentric circles.
Air permeability test circular holes with uniform cloth and uniform size. The total cross-sectional area of the circular holes should be at least the same as the total cross-sectional area of the circular holes of the selected test bench (6.1).
