3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 5705, GB/T 35261, GB/T 35932 and GB 18383 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Fiber products using 100% cotton fiber as filling and bedding.
3.2
The percentage of short fibers with a length of 13 mm or less in the sample to the sample mass.
4 Batch and laboratory sample collection
Batch sampling is carried out according to the provisions of GB 18383.The samples are mixed by quartering to form two laboratory samples.
The laboratory sample shall not be less than.200g.

5.1 Roller method
5.1.1 Principle
Arrange the sample into a cotton bundle with one end flush, use the roller jaws to control the long and short fibers, and separate the fibers into 13 mm and below and 13 mm and above.
