1 Scope

This document specifies a method for measuring the thickness of layered molybdenum disulfide nanosheets using atomic force microscopy. This document is suitable for the measurement of the thickness of layered molybdenum disulfide nanosheets transferred or grown on the surface of a solid substrate.
