1 Scope
This standard specifies the test items, test contents and tests for the performance test of the tool magazine and the automatic exchange device (hereinafter referred to as the tool magazine)
method.
This standard is applicable to disk-type tool magazines and chain-type tool magazines with automatic tool exchange devices for machining centers. Tool magazines for other machine tools and other types

3 General requirements
3.1 Test environment
3.1.1 The test environment should meet the following requirements.
a) The ambient temperature is 10℃ ~35℃;
b) Relative humidity 35% ~75%;
c) Atmospheric pressure 86kPa~106kPa.
3.1.2 The operating voltage is maintained at 85% ~110% of the rated value.
3.2 Test equipment
The testing instruments and measuring instruments used in the test shall be verified or calibrated by the statutory metrology department designated by the state, and shall have a verification or calibration certificate.
3.3 Test device
The performance test device used should be safe and reliable, and should meet the test requirements.
3.4 Test sample
The test sample should be a tool magazine produced under normal production conditions, and should be a product qualified according to JB/T 10791.1-2007.
4 Installation
4.1 Before installation, lubricate the tool change mechanism as required.
4.2 According to the installation requirements of the tool magazine and the test device, the tool magazine and the test device should be connected, installed and debugged, and the correct, safe, and
reliable.
