SC/T 3124 Fresh and frozen cultured puffer fish3 Basic conditions3.1 The raw material acceptance and processing operators should be professionally trained and have the ability to identify obscured puffer; the processing operators should also master
Safe processing technology of obscured puffer.
3.2 The processing water should meet the requirements of GB 5749.
3.3 A video monitoring system should be equipped. The production process of raw material acceptance, processing and inspection should be tracked and monitored. The storage period of the monitoring video shall not be less than 2 years.
3.4 The production process should be recorded in detail, the content of the record should be true and complete, and the record retention period should not be less than 2 years.4 Dedicated facilities4.1 There should be a special holding tank to meet the needs of holding live fish of different specifications and batches to be processed temporarily. The holding tank should be leak-proof and corrosion-resistant.
The surface is smooth, easy to clean and disinfect, and equipped with oxygenation and temperature control facilities.
4.2 The processing workshop should have a special obscured pufferfish processing production line, equipped with special tool cabinets, bloodletting pools, dissecting operation tables, and cleaning
Pools, rinsing pools, inspection stations, packaging stations and special waste containers should not be cross-used or diverted for other purposes.
4.3 The special waste container should be sealed and marked in a prominent position.
4.4 There should be a sewage treatment tank.5 Raw material acceptance5.1 The raw materials should be live, and the varieties meet the requirements of GB/T 27520.
5.2 The raw materials should come from the obscured puffer fish source base filed by the administrative department of the industry, and the fish source base certificate and quality inspection report should be attached.
