1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of high-temperature titanium alloy bars for aerospace
Deposit and quality certificate and order form (or contract) content.
This standard applies to high-temperature titanium alloy round bars (hereinafter referred to as bars) produced by hot forging and hot rolling methods.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Materials
3.1.1 The ingot used for bar production should be smelted at least twice, and the last time should be smelted by vacuum consumable arc furnace. Can be consumed for the first time
Electrode, electron beam cold bed furnace or plasma beam cold bed furnace smelting. No elements are allowed to be added during the last smelting.
3.1.2 The consumable electrode should not be welded by TIG welding.
3.2 Brand, status and specifications
The grade, status and specifications of the bar shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
3.3 Chemical composition
3.3.1 The chemical composition of the bar shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1.
3.3.2 When the buyer takes a sample from the bar for re-examination of the chemical composition, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.
