c) The terms and definitions for "distribution transformer terminal" and "feeder automation" have been added (see 3.4 and 3.5);
d) Terms and definitions related to distribution automation intelligent terminals have been removed (see sections 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 of the.2017 version);

1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements and technical conditions for distribution automation terminals (hereinafter referred to as "terminals"), as well as their functions, performance, markings, and packaging.
The requirements for loading, transportation, and storage are described, along with the corresponding test methods.
This document applies to the planning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, testing, acceptance, and operation and maintenance of terminals.
