1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of hydroxy citric acid in health (functional) biological products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
This standard applies to oral liquid, capsules, granules and other biological products in the determination of hydroxy citric acid.

3 principle
The citrate in the sample was extracted with water. After centrifugation, the supernatant was filtered through a 0.45 μm microfiltration membrane and separated by high performance liquid chromatography.
