3 terms and definitions

4 General requirements
4.1 earthmoving machinery parts and components manufacturing should be consistent with the relevant state resources, environmental laws and regulations and the relevant national standards.
4.2 The performance of earthmoving machinery remanufacturing parts (hereinafter referred to as remanufacturing parts) should not be lower than those of the quality, safety and environmental protection
