Polycrystalline silicon ingot quartz crucible with fused silica material according to the product size is divided into fused silica block and fused silica sand.
4 technical requirements
4.1 appearance
The appearance of the fused silica block should be colorless and transparent or translucent, no color point.
4.2 Loss on ignition
The loss of fused silica material should be less than 0.05%.
4.3 particle size
Fused silica blocks should be greater than or equal to 830μm; particle size less than 830μm for the fused silica sand.
4.4 Silica content
The silica content should be no less than 99.95%.
4.5 impurity element content
The total content of impurity elements should be less than 80μg/g, the content of impurity elements should meet the requirements of Table 1.
