This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GB/T 31961-2015 "Specification Series for Truck and Passenger Vehicle Rim". Compared with GB/T 31961-2015,
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
Changed the layout of the diagrams, unifying the right side as the tire installation side (see Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 6, Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 6 of the.2015 edition); -
Changed the provisions of "5.3.2 Snap-on valve hole" (see 5.3.2, 5.3.2 of the.2015 edition); -
Added the relevant provisions of "pressed valve hole" (see 5.3.3); -
Added special requirements for 19.5×11.75 specification rims (see footnote "c" in Table 6). -
This document is modified to adopt ISO 4209﹘2.2020 "Truck and bus tyres and rims (metric series) Part 2.Rims".
Compared with ISO 4209﹘2.2020, this document has many structural adjustments. See the table for the structural number changes between the two documents.
Appendix A.
The technical differences between this document and ISO 4209﹘2.2020 and their reasons are as follows.
ISO 3911 was replaced by the normative reference GB/T 2933 to adapt to my country's technical conditions; -
ISO 4000﹘2 (see 5.1) was replaced by the normative reference GB/T 3487 to adapt to my country's technical conditions; -
Added rim profile size codes (see Chapter 4) for ease of use;
The following provisions on the dimensions of the valve hole have been modified (see 5.3.2 and 5.3.3, 5.4.4 of ISO 4209﹘2.2020).
The size requirements of the valve holes of snap-on valves and compression valves are clearer and more applicable.
The following editorial changes were made to this document.
To coordinate with the existing standards, the name of the standard is changed to "Specification Series for Truck and Passenger Vehicle Rim"; -
Added Appendix B (Informative). -
