1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of methotrexate in cosmetics.

Principle 2
Mobile phase - methanol 0.025mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate (pH5.0) (30 + 70, v/v) as solvent, ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation,

3 Reagents and materials
