1.Scope
This document establishes the procedures for the acceptance of soil and water conservation facilities in production and construction projects, stipulates the basic requirements and acceptance basis, and outlines the acceptance criteria.
It describes the technical content and requirements for preparation, inspection and evaluation, on-site acceptance, etc., and describes the traceability methods for acceptance disclosure, reporting and verification.
This document applies to the acceptance of soil and water conservation facilities for production and construction projects that have prepared soil and water conservation plans in accordance with the law.

3.Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Before a production and construction project is put into operation, the production and construction unit shall fulfill its legal obligations regarding soil and water conservation in accordance with the prescribed procedures and requirements.
Specialized acceptance activities were conducted to assess the completion of soil erosion prevention tasks, the effectiveness of soil erosion prevention, and the organization and management of soil and water conservation work.
3.2

4.Basic Requirements
4.1 The acceptance of water and soil conservation facilities for production and construction projects shall be based on the water and soil conservation plan and its approval, and in conjunction with the design stages of the main project.
The design and approval (review, approval) opinions for soil and water conservation are carried out.
4.2 The acceptance procedure for soil and water conservation facilities in production and construction projects should include acceptance preparation, survey and evaluation, and on-site acceptance, and should be conducted through public disclosure of the acceptance process.
