This standard replaces GB/T 15772-1995 "General soil and water conservation planning."
This standard compared with GB/T 15772-1995, modified as follows.
a) improve the planning system, and further clarify the affiliation of the scope of this standard and planning at all levels;
b) the preparation of a standard 3.2.3 land use planning, land use change evaluation;
c) the original standard catchment planning and preliminary design to small watershed, and remove the original standard entry catchment planning;
d) increasing the environmental impact assessment of entry;
e) the soil and water conservation division, to soil and water conservation district;
f) the entry relating to engineering measures with reference to GB/T 16453-2008 "soil and water conservation technical specifications";
